(Lumbago)
Testimonials
T. I have back pain for long time every time…
I have back pain for long time every time I have pain I went to
Houston Acupuncture and Herb Clinic. It always helps to eliminate
the pain. I standing a lot I am a restaurant owner. Acupuncture is
really helped me a lot. Thank you the clinic.
From L. D. lower back pain and a skin ulcer…
I am a seventy year-old woman. I went to the Houston Acupuncture and
Herb Clinic because of lower back pain and a skin ulcer that I've
had for many years. In the past I had seen acupuncturists for over
20 years. I have seen lots of acupuncturists who only seemed to give
me a black pill that only helped a little bit.
I previously thought alternative medicine is always being slow to
get result. Acupuncturist Wu, however, changed my mind. He is far
more educated and really knows how to help people. Chinese medicine
actually is very powerful, and the results are very fast too. It
depends on who you see, how they prepare treatments, and whether or
not they know what is the proper dosage and experiences, etc.
In their clinics, every single formula comes from their knowledge.
When I was in the patient room, Acupuncturist Wu discussed all my
problems and medical history as he is formulating some herbs on my
chart. He told me that the specific formula he made for me is a
combination of individual herbs, not like the pills that are
pre-made for all people. Wu explained that pre-made herbal formula
contain a lot of unnecessary ingredients that are not necessarily
right for me. He obviously has a lot of training and experience.
For many years from my past experiences, all the acupuncturists I
saw previously gave me are the pre-made patterned herbs. Since I
came to this clinic, I begin to realize the herb formulas have to
make proper ingredients and percentage that can give tremendous
effects to the body system. I have never seen any acupuncturist
prepare my formula in front of me. He is the first one.
My skin ulcer has been there for many years, with no medicine ever
helping my skin to heal. It always has been an ulcer with pus and
draining. Since I went to this clinic and saw Acupuncturist Wu, my
ulcer is getting smaller with a lot less draining.
It is healing up!
I also had stomach problems. I am not able to
eat anything spicy. I went to many doctors but found no help. After
I went to see Acupuncturist Wu, my stomach now is 85% better. I can
sleep well at night now - something that was not possible before.
Recently my leg had been very weak, with me hardly able to stand up.
After two treatments, I can walk just like a normal person.
From S.R. having trouble with my back and my left leg…
In 2000, I started having trouble with my back and my left leg. The
pain was excruciating and rendered me a near cripple. I saw many
doctors and hip specialists, back and spine specialists as well as a
pain doctor. I was told there was not only nothing to be done, but
that my condition of scoliosis would only get worse and more
painful. The doctors were right about the pain, and I was soon
taking Darvoset, Vicodin, etc. To some extent I was walking around
in a daze, and was depressed as well. In desperation, I tried Jo-Mei
Chiang. At first I thought the acupuncture was not working, but
several treatments had me changing my mind. I still have some pain,
but it is bearable and I am walking like a normal person. Hurrah!
From E. H. severe back pain and muscle
spasms…
I came to Acupuncturist Wu with severe back pain and muscle spasms.
A friend referred the clinic. The pain I was experiencing was
horrible, similar to when I gave birth to my son. After just 30
minutes of treatment in the clinic, I felt immediate relief and was
at least 60 % better. I am very appreciative of the treatment he
provided for me.
Additionally, I was relieved by his confidence.
His smiles and his positive approach let me know that he knew what
he was doing, so much so, I returned for more treatments. Knowing I
needed extensive treatment; he even came into his office to help me
on a Sunday morning. By the third day, my pain is now limited to a
very small area. There is a dramatic decrease in pain, and at least
an 80% improvement in the area. I feel so much better! Thank you
very much.
From L. K. lower back pain that did not
respond to over-the-counter medication…
I had severe lower back pain that did not respond to
over-the-counter medication. I also had been experiencing neck and
upper shoulder pain for over two months. After thirty minutes of
treatment, my lower back pain was completely gone, and I had only a
small amount of pain remaining in the right side of my neck. My
shoulder pain was also completely gone. THANK YOU!
From C.F. suffered from lower back and hip pain for most of my
adult life…
I have suffered from lower back and hip pain for most of my adult
life. Acupuncture has been the only treatment that has brought me
relief. I have known Acupuncturist Wu for many years and have
received both acupuncture and herbal treatments from him. I can
highly recommend him for his competence and professionalism.
From C.C. severe back pain…
I came to the clinic with severe back pain. The pain was so severe,
I could barely walk in. Before coming to the acupuncture clinic, I
went to my internist and got no relief. I then went to the
chiropractor and still was limping badly. With one treatment, the
pain is virtually gone and I am walking without a limp. I feel like
a new person and am very grateful to the clinic for the procedures
performed on me. I always feel better instantly after I have visited
the Houston Acupuncture and Herb, L.P.
